Do you want to practice all those endings?

This website has a lot of exercises to practice choosing the right ending for the verb according to who is doing the action in the sentence. Have a go!:

Presente de Indicativo - Aprender español

Different types of activities:

  • Matching pronoun (yo, tú, él etc...) with the right ending (canto, cantas, canta etc...) (exercise 4)
  • Completing the set or conjugation (exercises 8,9)
  • Verb ´dar´ (to give), irregular only in the first person (yo doy) (18, 19)
  • Fill in the blanks (some exercises don´t give you the option of typing the accents so some answers might come up as wrong. Exercises 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 24 include accented characters and the letter ´ñ´ to make it easier for you. You just need to click on it when you need it)
  • One example with the irregular verb ´ir´ (to go) (Exercise 17)
  • Reflexive verbs (Exercise 20)
  • Gusta/gustan (Exercise 21)
  • Fill in the blanks with a whole text about a Cuban girl (25 y 26)
  • Some exercises are part of a Latin American Spanish website with some differences with the European Spanish (23, 27, 28) It might be a bit confusing.
