El futuro cercano
We can express the near future or our intentions/plans with the verb 'ir' (to go) in the present tense, followed by the preposition 'a' and the infinitive of the verb we want to express in the future:
Example: I am going to travel to Spain : (yo) voy a viajar a España

También podemos utilizar la perífrasis verbal ´pensar + infinitivo´ para expresar futuro cercano:
Mañana pienso ir a la playa
Es un plan, una decisión (he pensado que quiero ir a la playa y voy a ir)
La traducción es la misma que ´ir a + infinitivo´: Tomorrow I´m going to go to the beach
